2009 Refund Policy

Thank you for your continued support and loyalty to the Chevron World Challenge.

As a thank you to our loyal supporters of the Tiger Woods Foundation, all 2009 ticket holders will be eligible to receive a 20% discount on a 2010 ticket order. Attendees who scanned tickets will receive a personalized promotional code via email with the discount offer. 

Please review the following information regarding the 2009 Chevron World Challenge refund policy.

  • Beginning December 7, ticket holders have the option to contact the ticket outlet at 800.594.TIXX for refund information and verification.
  • Verification deemed sufficient by the refunding party must include the following:
    1. Advance Ticket Holders:
      • Original unused tickets and promotional ticket items (parking, wristbands, hat, shirt, vouchers, etc.) must be sent to the following address:

  • All refunds are made at the ticket's face value. Delivery fees are not refundable.
  • Refunds are issued using the same method of payment used at time of purchase.
  • All refund requests must be received by January 31st.
  • Please be sure to return the complete, ticket packages (parking, wristbands, hat, shirt, vouchers, etc.)  and ticket books to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed by the authorized agencies through which tickets were purchased.
