With an air-tight leaderboard after the third round of play, Russell Henley turned in a six-under-par performance to grab hold of first place with a cumulative score of -12. Following right behind in second place is Billy Horschel, who finished at -11 and stands in front of three players tied for third place at one-under – Chris Kirk, Rory McIlroy and Jason Day. Kirk and McIlroy, who both ended Round 2 at three strokes under par, continue to score hand-in-hand, firing third-round-best 64s on Sunday.
