Deutsche Bank Championship: Everything you need to know before you go

Read on for all the information you need to make your trip to the Deutsche Bank Championship a success.

WELCOME TO THE 2015 DEUTSCHE BANK CHAMPIONSHIP

The Deutsche Bank Championship is celebrating its 13th year, and we are glad you have chosen to join us for what promises to be a thrilling event. The following information will help you take advantage of all this championship has to offer. We hope you enjoy New England’s premier PGA TOUR FedExCup Playoffs event as you kick back and witness champions play over Labor Day! 

WILL CALL & BOX OFFICE
The Will Call and Box Office is located within the Xfinity Center parking lot. Please follow signs upon entering the Xfinity Center. The Will Call and Box Office will serve as the center for all tickets, parking pass pickup and on-site, day-of ticket sales. Proper photo ID will be required to pick up all tickets.

Will Call & Box Office hours:

  • Wednesday, 9/2: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Thursday, 9/3: 6:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Friday, 9/4: 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Saturday, 9/5: 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Sunday, 9/6: 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Monday, 9/7: 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.

MOBILE DEVICE POLICY
The use of mobile devices (cell phones, smartphones, tablets) is permitted at the Deutsche Bank Championship according to the following policy:

  • Please silence your mobile device at all times.
  • Calls permitted only in the following designated areas clearly identified as cell phone zones: Third tee concession stand, seventh green concession stand, ninth green concession stand, 11th green concession stand, 13th tee restroom area, Spectator Oasis, Spectator Commons at 18, Spectator Alley, private hospitality areas (indoors only).
  • No video recording permitted at any time.
  • No photographs or video of play permitted during competition rounds, Friday-Monday (any device with a lens is considered a camera whether it makes calls or not).
  • Please be respectful to the players and fans around you. Take your call or text in a designated cell phone zone.

PUBLIC SERVICES
First-aid stations are located adjacent to the Deutsche Bank Hospitality Pavilion, at the junction of the fith, sixth and seventh holes and at the 14th tee. Please call 911 with any medical emergencies.

Port-o-lets will be available at the following locations on the course: 

  • Main Spectator Entrance (Autopart International)
  • Third tee
  • Seventh green
  • Eighth green
  • Ninth green (ADA accessible)
  • 11th green (ADA accessible)
  • 13th tee
  • 17th tee (ADA accessible)
  • Behind the Michelob Ultra 19th-hole green (ADA accessible)

ATMs will be located inside the Michelob ULTRA 19th hole, inside the main merchandise tent at the ninth green, inside the Champions Club presented by DraftKings and at the Spectator Oasis.

Lost-and-found items will be located at the Deutsche Bank Championship Office in the museum building adjacent to the ninth hole. If you need assistance finding a missing person, contact the nearest championship volunteer, staff member or PGA TOUR official with a radio or report to the Championship Office.  

PARKING & FAN GUIDELINES
All official public parking is located at Xfinity Center (855 S. Main St., Mansfield, MA 02048). You can find details on public parking options on the spectators page.

The Xfinity Center will have reserved parking spaces for spectators with a vehicle bearing a handicapped license plate or mirror tag. Dedicated wheelchair accessible buses are available to shuttle disabled persons and a guest to the disabled guest drop-off areas located at TPC Boston. 

The championship will provide a golf cart shuttle system for spectators requiring assistance plus one guest. There are four specific drop-off and pick-up points on the golf course. The shuttle will follow these drop-off/pick-up locations: Crossover between ninth and 10th holes, Spectator Commons (at hole No. 18), practice facilities and VIP Blue Lot dropoff.

All items are subject to search. You will be asked to return all unauthorized items to your car before you are allowed to board the shuttles.
