When Kids Dream Big, Big Things Happen
A study conducted in January 2004 by Quality Education Data (QED) shows that the Tiger Woods Foundation’s (TWF) character education program generates measurable improvements in students’ self-esteem, attitudes toward school, and overall attitudes and behaviors relating to goal-setting and achievement.

Confidence
Most youth (91%) developed a stronger belief in their ability to achieve their dreams.
Growth
Most youth (89.3%) now view learning as a way to reach their goals and dreams.
Strength
Most youth (85.5%) are better prepared to overcome difficulties and face challenges in their daily lives.
Hope
Most youth (86.1%) now see more career possibilities for themselves.
Wisdom
Most youth (82.6%) make healthier choices for themselves and their bodies.
Service
Most youth (86.4%) place a greater value on service learning and community service.
Self-Esteem
Most youth (89.6%) think more highly of themselves.
Dream
Most youth (89.3%) developed a goal or dream for themselves.
Respect
Most youth (88.4%) demonstrate greater respect for others.
Direction
Most youth (87.8%) created an action plan to reach the goal or dream they developed for themselves.
