Become a mentor

Studies show that students are five times more likely to graduate if they have a meaningful relationship with an adult. In the Earl Woods Scholarship Program, scholars are paired dedicated mentors who are from all facets of life. We assess personality, professional goals, personal interests, location and availability to determine a match best suited for both the mentor and scholar.

If you are ready to begin one of the most rewarding journeys of your life, email Cristina Fernandez, Sr. Director, Earl Woods Scholarship Program, for more information on becoming a mentor.

Provide an internship opportunity

Nothing prepares our scholars better for success than real-life work experiences. We work with each scholar to provide specialized internships that offer career-building opportunities, networking and preparation for careers including: computer science, medicine, law, engineering, hospitality, marketing, business, communications, non-profits and much more.

If you would be interested in offering our scholars an internship, please email Michelle Y. Kim, Programs Manager, with information about the positions.
